Arηs Spikeseed was asked to provide consultancy and implementation services for various public cloud projects for Paynovate. These projects are critical for Paynovate to maintain their high reliability, security, and efficiency standards in their financial operations.
The challenge
Paynovate is a Belgian institution that provides e-money services. It was founded in 2018 and is fully accredited in Europe and the UK for payment licenses. Paynovate is a core member of Visa, Mastercard, and Bancontact-Payconiq, and it offers a range of electronic payment solutions related to financial transactions, electronic payments, and e-money.
Given the complexity of integrating new cloud services into their existing infrastructure, Paynovate needed a flexible and responsive partner.

Arηs Spikeseed's solution for Paynovate included the full in-depth evaluation of the six pillars defined by the AWS Well-Architected Framework (WAF): Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, Cost Optimization, and Sustainability. Utilized Cloud Conformity to perform over 600 automatic checks on the AWS environment and complemented automated checks with a manual, in-depth analysis by a certified AWS Architect.
